Whooping cough cases increase

Appointments

An appointments must be booked if you want to see a Doctor or Nurse. You will always be given the first available appointment however it cannot be guaranteed that an appointment will be available with the clinician of your choice. Please arrive on time.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24hrs notice if you need to cancel an appointment. It may be possible to give the appointment to someone who may need to see a doctor urgently.

Home Visits

Home Visits are for patients that are house bound or too ill to attend surgery and are at the doctors discretion.

Telephone Advice

Patients who require advice only may leave a message with the receptionist who will either request the advice on your behalf or request the Doctor to call you back at the end of the individual Doctors consultations. Please leave your contact number preferably a landline number.

Test Results

Please ring for any test results after 11.30am when the receptionists have more time to attend to your needs.
